Shipping and Returns
Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed for your order to ship. Shipping is available domestically only at this time.
We ship using the address provided at checkout - please verify that the information is accurate. Returned orders will be reshipped at your expense.
Coupons can be used on new orders only. Coupons can not be applied to previous orders.
We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you need to return an item, all returns are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags (if applicable) attached. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
For your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a shipping label within 48 hours.
To make a return, simply pack and seal the return merchandise with the original invoice in an appropriate envelope and send it back to us. Shop Styled by Keri will not be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we have received and inspected your return, your credit will be processed to the same credit card that was used originally within five (5) business days.
We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. Any denied return or exchange will be sent back to the customer.
All clearance items are FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, you will have to return the original item and make a new purchase.
